GENOM from Galgano Informatica  is a legacy 5250 software that has been used to realize these screenshot.  GENOM has been written in 1988 in RPG III.  The sequence of the screenshot reproduces in vertical sequence some applicative functionalities, in horizontal comes the process of the conversion.  Original 5250 program, automatic mass conversion, use of iWebMaster for the integration of new application functionalities and restyling.

User Profile Security/Integrity
At a URL or LINK request (http://Your_iSeries_IP_or_URL:#port) a LOGIN is prompted (default setting)	The user profile *INLPGM and *INLMNU are therefore executed (default setting). User and object authorities are unchanged and remain effective	It is possible to configure the iWeb-applet to use a default user profile (bypass the login) or invoke directly a menu or program

A button appears automatically when messages are pending. This button invokes the command DSPMSG	DSPMSG display. iWeb takes control of the cmd DSPMSG whenever your application invokes it or through a button in the iWeb function key bar	Reply message display

WRKSPLF display. iWeb takes control of the cmd WRKSPLF and DSPSPLF whenever your application invokes them or through a button in the iWeb tool bar	Spool files in PDF or HTML, with AFP or OVERLAY (iWeb provides facilities to integrate OVERLAY with simple GIF images)	Spool files standard option
