iWeb Technical Support
The level of support you are entitled to, depends on the iWEB suite you buy:
- For Silver Suite and Gold Suite, during the maintenance license period, you are entitled to Level 1 Support
- For Platinum Suite, during the maintenance license period, you are entitled to Level 2 Support
- During the Trial period, you are entitled to Level 2 Support.
Levels of Support
- Level 1 entitles to e-mail assistance
- Level 2 entitles to e-mail assistance and help-desk access
