iWeb Technical Support 

The level of support you are entitled to, depends on the iWEB suite you buy:

  • For Silver Suite and Gold Suite, during the maintenance license period, you are entitled to Level 1 Support
  • For Platinum Suite, during the maintenance license period, you are entitled to Level 2 Support
  • During the Trial period, you are entitled to Level 2 Support.

Levels of Support

  • Level 1 entitles to e-mail assistance
  • Level 2 entitles to e-mail assistance and help-desk access
